DollCraft AI is a digital product containing a library of 400+ pre-engineered AI prompt templates designed across 60+ themes. The product is provided strictly in digital format (e.g., downloadable text, guides, or online access dashboard). No physical goods or paper activity books are shipped.

3. Purchases & Pricing

The front-end pricing for DollCraft AI is set at $26 one-time. All customer transactions are processed securely through the WarriorPlus platform. We reserve the right to modify promotional pricing, future upgrades, or bundle options without prior notification.

4. Refund Policy (7-Day Money-Back Guarantee)

We offer a straightforward 7-day money-back guarantee on your purchase of DollCraft AI.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of your original purchase date.
• To request a refund, please contact our support team at anubhavshuklaofficial@gmail.com or submit your request via your WarriorPlus customer purchase dashboard.
• Upon refund processing, your right to use or access the DollCraft AI prompt templates and digital materials is immediately revoked.

5. Intellectual Property & Licensing

All original prompt copy, text formatting, website content, graphics, and underlying prompt engineering in DollCraft AI are the intellectual property of vendor Anubhav Shukla.

User License: Purchasing DollCraft AI grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the prompt templates to generate paper-doll imagery and activity pages using AI tools. You are permitted to use your generated artwork outputs for personal or commercial activity book publishing (such as Etsy printables or KDP books), subject to third-party AI tool terms.

6. Acceptable Use Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Resell, package, share, or publicly redistribute the raw DollCraft AI prompt text, code, or prompt vault files.
• Claim ownership or authorship of the raw DollCraft AI prompt library.
• Use the website or product for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activities.
• Attempt to bypass website security controls or access non-public areas of the platform.

7. AI-Generated Output & Variations

DollCraft AI provides pre-engineered text prompts to guide AI image generators (such as ChatGPT, DALL-E, etc.). You understand and acknowledge that:

• AI-generated images depend on third-party AI chat tools, algorithms, model updates, and user input variables.
• Exact image outputs, color renderings, or line details may vary between generations.
• We do not guarantee identical outputs across different third-party AI tool versions.
• Users are responsible for ensuring their use of third-party AI generators complies with the respective AI provider's terms of service.

8. No Earnings or Business Success Guarantee

DollCraft AI is a creative tool. We do not guarantee sales, profits, revenue, or business success from using our prompts to create printable products. Any references to potential markets (such as Etsy or KDP) are provided for illustrative purposes only.

9. Third-Party Services & Links

Our product and website may reference third-party tools, platforms, or services (including WarriorPlus and AI generation services). We do not control or assume responsibility for third-party service availability, policy changes, or system performance.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DollCraft AI and vendor Anubhav Shukla shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the website, prompts, or generated outputs. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product ($26).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DollCraft AI and vendor Anubhav Shukla from any claims, liabilities, damages, or costs resulting from your breach of these Terms or your unauthorized use of generated materials.
